PRTB represents the Private Residential Tenancies
Board. It is a Government body established to maintain a national
register of tenancies; to undertake monitoring and research on the
private rented sector; provide policy advice; and provide a dispute
resolution service for landlords and tenants.
PRTB Mediation is a consensual process where the mediator helps the
landlord and tenant in a dispute come to an agreement that works for
both of them.
We offer these services, serving as the Arbiter to
consider the position of Landlord and Tenant; interpret the
statutory provisions relating to the relationship between both; and
conclude with a fair decision to suit both. |
